Wholefood Living with Shannon
I believe that our life is 4 seasons and in those seasons we need to eat accordingly to the season cycle with nature.
Get inspired...
I'm all about inspiring people to eat and live life with intention, easy and fresh energy. In my workshops I want to inspire you to write yourself and your loved ones a love letter on and in every plate and bowl. In the workshops I will give the tools to create fresh, easy uncomplicated meals that nourish the mind, body and soul.
When we eat food that fuels us with love, our bodies will dance and be able to do what we want to do.
I have a deep connection with the farmers and the natural world around us, if we choose ingredients that are farmed in nutrient dense soils, we can honour both the farmer, the ingredients and ourselves to nourish or bodies.

Wholefood Living with Shannon provides practical nutrition and cooking workshops designed to improve health, wellbeing and community connection.
Sometimes food can feel like a chore or overwhelming, but if we make small changes to our food habits it can have large benefits for us.
In my workshops I want to take the feeling of overwhelm and it's a 'chore to cook meals' and use it as time that you find it easy. With years of chef knowledge I can give easy tip's and tricks for meal prep, planning your weekly menu, budget and time.
If you are looking for a more hands on workshop I can facilitate them in small kitchen environments.

Wellness
Good wellbeing habits is a larger part of our living being. If we create time to get out in nature, take that 20 minutes out to sit and have a hot drink watching out the window, it calms the nervous system.
In this modern day our nervous systems are in constant fight or flight, which then heightens our cortisol levels in our body. When our nervous system is not healthy it also has knock on effects on our digestion system, adrenal glands, and sleep habits.
By creating small healthy habits we can reduce the load on our body, bringing down inflammation.
I have used holistic practices in my own life to reduce stress while running a busy life, I believe balance is the key to good wellbeing.
With handy little tips to bring you into the present now.
I have a network of Holistic practitioners that can help you get that balance in life.
Good wellbeing isn't just about good eating, it's how we prepare and eat our food with calm, love and connection.
Food, Well-being & Connection
Food is key to good well-being if we eat vibrant, clean food our gut health and mental health will give us vitality to live a more alive and connected life.
Developing healthy work life balance, exercise and rest habits are also key for fantastic well-being.

"Wow, what a delightful experience! I attended one of Shannon’s workshops in February and found it incredibly insightful. Shannon’s knowledge about the relationship between food, inflammation, and hormones was fascinating and really got me thinking more consciously about my choices. The lunch preparation and group discussion were both fun and engaging—and the food was absolutely delicious. Thank you, Shannon, for such an enjoyable and informative session! "

"Loved the workshop today, Shannon. Thank you. Lots of very sensible, practical tips. On the way back to the farm, I bought a broccoli and butternut pumpkin from Brella & Brynn's stall, then pulled lovely fresh beetroots from my garden. Pumpkin and beets are now roasted, cooled and in the fridge. Broccoli chopped and stored. Great inspo for some cooking this week! "
